3rd week in. I did 7 loops last night. Felt good. That's my 6th night this week - started this week at 2 loops per night and went to 3 loops and last night was 7 loops for the first time - still ok to keep going!!!
I figured - when you start a new job and there's lots to learn you come home mentally tired for the first week. So you crash early and by the second week you've adjusted. UMS has been very similar to this, so I'm choosing and desiring to up my loop count. Not sure when I'll take a break yet.
More is better for me - seems like I'm blasting through resistance.
