I think because it's not needed. Success has different definition for different people.

Some people wants money, status, recognition. For those type of goals, celebrity effect could be useful. I certainly want it in UMS.

But we are talking about USLM.

How about people who wants committed, deep and meaningful relationship? Or better health/physical fitness? Or become great father/mother/family person? Or even become more spiritual? I think celebrity effect could be annoying and counter-productive.

The celebrity effect is a modulation of a group of systems of different modules in DMSI. To add the celebrity effect to something else would require turning on all of those systems, all of which are heavily optimized for DMSI. They are also entirely unnecessary for other things, as is the celebrity effect. Celebrity effect is going to remain in DMSI unless maybe I create a stand alone, but that seems pretty unlikely.

It also has nothing to do with achieving ultra success, making yourself luck, or achieving ultra monetary success.

Celebrity effect is really awesome, best subs in the world. Shannon are you going to upgrade the anti fear mod in dmsi to 4.5 and up the auric shielding in 3.3.2D?

I already have FRM 4.5 in LTU 5. Finished that yesterday. But why would I up the auric shielding? It is what it is supposed to be. Is it not good enough somehow?

Shielding good stuff, could always use more power or upgrade 4.6 for the next dmsi. the anti-fear mod has really made alot of difference to dmsi in this last version. It has me closer to being what dmsi was always supposed to be

So what you're saying is, you don't see anything wrong with the current shield, but you arbitrarily think it needs a power upgrade because "moar power"?

I still don't know how to upgrade FRM 4.5 to be better yet. Haven't figured that out just yet.
