@Shannon Tonight I'm scheduled to start my second 7 day listening cycle of LTU. If I start the next listening cycle of LTU 4.0 tonight, and then in a few days LTU 5.0 gets released, can I switch direcly over from version 4.0 to version 5.0 in the middle of the 7 day listening cycle, or do I then need to finish the listening cycle and ASRB period before I can begin listening to the new version?

You want to finish up your current cycle of use and days off before starting 5.0. It will have a different ASRB2.

So would it be better to wait until 5.0 gets released and start directly on that, or to keep doing 4.0 now and start on 5.0 10 days from now?

If you're on break, you can stop here and wait. If you're not, then finish the current cycle.
