IF that makes it in, and IF the user doesn't have a love life, then the result would be up to the definition of what an improved love life would be to that person. If they don't have one and improving it would mean having one, then it would tend to create the conditions that result in one. If improving it means not having one, then the state of not having one would be continued, and some other aspect of your life that would naturally be improved by improving that condition would likely be enhanced.
I Love it !! No pun intended. its a win win which ever way it goes,according to whats needed to improve the connections of love in one's life...it could also be all of the abouve,a better more loving connected social life(ex: freinds who 'get you",accept you for who you really are,) as well as a possible beloved one=meeting,connecting,evolving into a relationship and/or just loving the self deeper. either way its a win win as stated Shannon yer brilliant.
