hi dmsiuser78, it doesnt make any noises when the messages come through it just causes the audio to drop in volume as the message arrives type of thing so u dont hear any other noises or anything just drops to a very low volume for a second or 2, just not sure if that is going to effect the subliminal or not though.

Get Power amp. Tick the ignore audio focus in settings.

Or go to your apps and disable the notification sounds for the apps with most notifications like whatsapp, messages, etc

Or go the phone settings - - > sound and vibration - - > select the notification tone to none.
