Just wanted to let you know that focusing on my root chakra (the seat of fear in the body) have helped me getting in touch with fear in general and I think it have helped E2’s progress in learning myself to our overcoming fear in general and at the same time becoming more grounded. Maybe E3 could contain something that would help even more with becoming more embodied/present in your body so to speak?
