@Shannon I'm not sure if it's of any use to you but I'm posting it just in case.
So this interesting occurence regarding FRM happened yesterday (1st day of new cycle).
As I was trying to fall asleep while listening to the loops, my stomach started suddenly to become very tense, followed by an abrupt transition from a conscious state into a dream-like one where I saw for about 10 seconds all sorts of scary images popping into my mind one after the other like in a slide projector, which filled my whole body with horror. The best way to describe this was my mind being 'hijacked' for a solid few seconds to process the fear that's being worked on.
Also I'm now almost certain that any stomach tensing I had on previous versions is a fear response to what the script is instructing us to do.
