Weird question but how does one find their own aura colour and strength? Thanks

I don't know of any scientifically accepted methods for finding auric strength aside from maybe measuring the infrared or electromagnetic fields. There is Kirillian photography, and maybe not as scientifically, some sort of "aura photography" I don't know the name of. Some of these forms of energy can't be detected by modern science yet, as far as I know.

I've been of the mind for a long time that it's very difficult for a person to see their own aura. It's much easier to see the aura of others, but I've likened it to trying to see your own nose without a mirror.

That being said, the one time I believe I did see my own aura without a "mirror" was that the feeling of "relief" (more specifically, the acknowledgement that "'it' is indeed achievable") was so strong I felt overwhelmed and after closing my eyes tightly I saw what I believed to be my aura - a forest green "mist" or "fog" surrounding me, and I attached that color to that specific feeling rather than as my general aura color.
