Hi Shannon. I recently watched a very interesting episode of a YouTube series called Mindfield. The topic for this particular episode was "Moral Licensing". The gist of it is that whenever you do something good that helps to raise your self-image, you then subconsciously give yourself permission, or a "license" to do something immoral and/or pass on the next opportunity to do something good (for others or yourself). Examples of this are plenty. A quick google search will tell you a lot more about this.

I was wondering if you have encountered something like this in your development of subliminals. If not I hope this can be helpful!

I have not found this to be a common phenomenon. But thank you for bringing it to my attention.
