Crap, no bardic practice today because I can barely speak. 
Gotta stay at home and recuperate. So, more delays on everything! Yippie!
Anyroad, switched listening time to early morning, and had some very, very powerful realizations which I believe to be FRM-related. I will try to describe some of them at a later point, as they were happening a mile a minute and I can't remember everything yet.
Sometime in the middle of the third loop, though, I noticed that I believe some resistant parts of me started getting uppity after those realizations, so I decided "screw it" and increased the volume of the playback to the comfortable maxx. Funnily enough, it made me a bit sad, but then I started feeling progressively better and then fell asleep. So this week's session is going be turned up to 11, volume-wise.
(foobar says I went from a bit below -10db to 0db volume adjustment).
