You get a huge discount on AM6, and then expect a huge discount on AM7. That cuts our profits by a huge amount, which is not going to help us stay in business. It's not cheap to keep this business going. Especially with the amount of people we have scamming us by playing PayPal games, trying to snipe the sale with automated software, and so forth. You may not see how much money we lose to stuff like that, but it's not a small amount. And really if you think about it, getting a huge discount for AM6 and then expecting another one for AM7 is clearly taking advantage, not a bargain.
And then you're expecting a refund when the refund policy clearly states that you don't have eligibility for a refund unless you have used the product fully according to the instructions, and it did not work for you. Here's another place where we lose, because if I give you a refund, then we are making an exception, and then everyone wants one. At that point, we are once again losing money to those who find it convenient to just get a refund instead of actually paying for the program. And there are plenty of them, too.
So what I'm offering you is, if you want the discount on AM7, you have to have paid full price for AM6. Since you are going to either get a refund and then pay the full price all at once, or pay the difference before you get a discount on AM7, it makes sense to me that we just say that when you're ready, you just pay the difference between what you paid on sale, and the rest of what the full price for AM6 is, and then you're eligible for the discount. Then I'm not making an exception, you get the discount, and I never said you have to pay the difference right this minute. You can do that when you're ready.
Ultimately, I'm interested in keeping us in business, but I also want our customers to be happy. So you tell me, what better is there to offer you than what I am offering you?
And this applies to everyone who bought AM16/SM/WM on this sale. If you want the discount when the 6G version comes out, just pay the difference between the sale price and the full price, and you'll be eligible for the discount on the 6G version.
As for the price of AM7, I am estimating that 6G will be about $300 per stage. So if we follow previous canon, the six stage set will be 6 stages +1 and you will get all 7 stages for the price of 6 if you buy them all at once, or you will get each one separately and pay for all 7. And you can get the 50% discount either way, if you are eligible.
Either way, the only way to get a discount on AM6 and AM7 is if you purchased AM5 to get a discount on AM6.
That seems perfectly reasonable to me.
I'm sorry to hear about all the scamming, and you're right I wasn't thinking straight, so please accept my apologies.
About the offer I will take it. It will take me probably half a year or so, but I hope it's fine until then. I hope this is also no way of taking advantage even though you are the one who is offering it, but I guess it's okay since everyone who purchased AM6 at full price will get a 50% discount too.
