Sorry for bringing this up the forum, but I'm up on my toes since Monday trying to solve this through email with Ben to no avail.
Iv'e purchased AM6 in the sale for $90 which I have no plans running, but naively thought was a great bargain to save up 50% on the upcoming AM7 - which obviously is not the case.
I haven't downloaded any of the files and told Ben he can verify this, to which he replied to check the refund policy. I checked and there's nothing mentioning about not downloading the files, so I wrote to him about this 24 hours ago and to consult you about the situation to which I haven't received any reply. I'm not even sure why there's a problem when no single file has been downloaded!
I’n having the exact same problem. Seems unfair not to offer a refund or even a useable store credit when we havent downloaded the files...
Not that I mind too much as its supporting Shannons work, but seems kind of unfair. Ehat other companys dont let you return something you havent even opened?
AM6 came out years ago. AM7 will most likely be out in 2020. So you'll have to forgive me for forgetting that 50% off of AM7 thing if you purchase AM6 and not specifying that.
But how do you guys expect us to stay in business? It seems like nothing is good enough. We give some of the biggest discounts in the world during our sales (up to 90% off!). Seriously, you thought you were going to get AM6 at $90 and then get half off of AM7?
If AM7 is priced at the ~$1800 I am currently estimating it, that means you expected to get 82% off AM6 ($410 off!) and then turn around and save 50% on AM7 (another ~$900 off!) because of it. Really? That's not even remotely reasonable.
How about I offer you the option of paying for the rest of the non-sale price and you remain eligible for the discount on AM7, since you will have to buy it at full price anyway to get that. The whole point of offering that 50% off on an upgrade was to give you an incentive to buy the upgrade. What you're trying to do here is just blatantly taking advantage of us, which is not how you keep a business in business.
You don't need to give AM7 upgrades anyway. I don't even know why you are giving it. AM6 works according to the current journals.
I remember buying few subs form 4G and 5G and if I dont see any results. I just get a refund and if I see results then then I am happy.
I won't buy old generation subliminals for cheap and not use them just in hope of getting discount on higher tech.. That's cheating.
You really should work on your business policy and set some rules. I think its you who should decide to whom you are gonna give the discount as you wanna know how they respond to ur sub...The tough cases like Catman and Jake.
For example you should only give free upgrades on AM6 who purchased it in like 2016 only when the concept of 6G didn't exist and on whom it didn't work. Also the discount for AM7 upgrade should be for a short time like 10 days or something.. Not forever.
Or inshort no discounts all..
