None of that has to do with becoming a genuine alpha male. This program is about focusing you inwardly to work on improving yourself, self esteem, and internals.
But If being an alpha male is about being in total control of yourself (which is my understanding) wouldn’t that include being in total control of when you want to ejaculate?
Is that a serious question?
