USLM has and I know it's this has created some opportunities where I can get to know / meet women with ease and I'm having luck with it but I feel crippling fear like how am I going to do this blah blah its all bs in my head I can't think past it for some reason. It dawned on me all my failures the lot from me not executing to where I am today is due to my fear. I can't beat it I feel its got me chained, then when I think about it, it makes me feel down cause I'm at rock bottom rn when it comes to women but I'm holding myself back no internal dialogue nothing works, the only time I remember snapping out of this was on 3.1 when my entire personality changed for a few hours after listening to the loops I just wanna be free from this shit, all I know is its all fear.

The FRM will overcome this. You just need to use it long enough. Just be patient and keep going.

Yes, your subs goes into far different level with FRM, for a long time using your subs, I really really enjoyed 5.5G right when FRM invented.

The theme of the cycle is failure, frustration and delay. There has been so much of that, that many times, it was very hard to care enough to keep going. At times I was too drained, too angry, too frustrated, too depressed and/or too hopeless to keep going. What progress I have made has been in spite of all that, because when I wasn't too whatever to keep going, I kept going.

There was no luck involved. It was refusal to stop trying, no matter what. It was using my resources to keep me going. It was help from my advisors a time or two.

But luck? Hardly.
