Hi there Shannon,

Just got to think about something when reading the book "six pillars of self esteem" that I recommended previously. The author talk about that self-esteem is needed to be able to deal with change in ones life and surroundings. Maybe a subliminal that focus on helping the individual build up self-esteem, would be even more effective in helping them overcome their fears.

I release Self Esteem months ago, and the Core Script from that program is part of the Skeleton Script and shows up in every program now.
