Sorry if this seems dumb, but whats the 120 mean for the Primary ASRB? I thought primary was usually the number of minutes of audio : the number of minutes of silence.

So the 120 has confused me a little and hopefully my asking this helps anyone else.

A typo most likely - should be 1:0 (meaning no break from the subliminal audio whatsoever).
