Hey Shannon, here's a thought
I'd say H and C as a module would be much more effective if it encouraged a user to proactively release their own unresolved emotions / unreleased emotions (known as "pain bodies") through their own means.
Such means would include meditation, yoga, and other methods.
I can say from personal experience that releasing my own "pain bodies" has made me much more attractive to women as well as increasing my overall enjoyment of life and inner peace. Releasing this "emotional baggage" has done wonders for my life and for my relationships.
To give more information about pain bodies, they're unresolved/ unreleased emotions that a person has experienced at some point in their life. These include anger, sadness, frustration and anxiety and other past traumas. For those who are accustomed to "bottling up their feelings" (as many men are who don't truly understand the value or importance of emotions and emotional release/ expression) these unresolved emotions get in the way of genuine connecting. For example, anger is the emotion the body sends when a personal boundary has been transgressed. If a person learned that "anger is bad" they may repress their anger as a form of appeasement and store it inside where it lingers in the body.
When these emotions are unresolved, they accumulate in the body and it's quite apparent in a person's appearance and vibe. For instance, when a person has an "off vibe" or "feel weird" they're usually harbouring many unresolved pain bodies which they carry with them into their interactions. These can manifest themselves as blocks and hinder genuine connecting (which everyone one of us here desires).
It can be observed that some men here who are easily triggered (being triggered is the mere pressing of a pain body) have unresolved past traumas which they may or may not be aware of.
I personally used to be the type of guy who'd "bottle up emotions" as I used to believe it was a form of strength but now I understand it's just a weakness (not expressing emotions). Women are naturally better at expressing emotion as they're far more attuned to it, with crying being a form of emotional expression. Better out than in.
In summary, H/C would be far more effective if it encouraged users to proactively remove their own pain bodies to become more wholesome and emotionally healthy beings. I believe that H/C as a subliminal instruction alone fails because it doesn't allow the proper processing of the pain body. If the instruction is changed to one that encourages the user to proactively remove their own pain bodies, then it'd be far more successful and users would become far more attractive to women as well as becoming far better and healthier versions of themselves.
