I mean I can be motivated to work, but usually after doing a little I end up feeling so happy with myself that I congratulate myself for a job well done and thus take a break or feel I need a long break.
I need to get into that zone of successful people that when they do work they dont just stop but keep going and making all the right decisions needed and all the correct course corrections needed to make the goal happen whether they feel like it or not.
hope that made sense and again thank you for helping with your subs and efforts!
That behavior leads to more procrastination, doesn't it. Meaning it's just an excuse to derail efforts not to procrastinate, and turn them back into procrastination.
I don't think you'll need to worry about that once we kill the fears resulting in procrastination as a goal.
