Not sure if this has been answered but will FRM remove subconscious fears only or can it work on conscious fears. eg: subconscious whatever we dont know about that keeps us from executing, and conscious would be fear of heights, fear of spiders, social or approach anxiety etc.

It will remove ANY fear that stands in the way of you achieving ALL of the goals of the program you are running.

Also will based on the above question if it does, does that mean there wont be a OF sub anymore as it will become all part of FRM?

On the contrary, why can't I make OF based on FRM? I am going to do exactly that, if you are interested in removing ALL fears.
