Hey Shannon, just thought Id let you know that USLM has been causing me to be pretty lazy and waste time a lot. I do want to mention that I have not been able to listen consistently though.

There's nowhere in the script that you're being told to be lazy and waste a lot of time. How is it causing that?

I don't know. Thought I would give you updated though. I'm in the process of moving out and should be done next weekend. Maybe getting out of my parents house will change something? I'm trying the mask ultrasonic on headphones on low volume.
