Have you ever considered that one of the things women love about "bad boys" and "alphas" is that they don't have fear like other guys? Everyone has fears, but those two groups are different. That's a big part of what women love about them. They hold fear differently, respond to fear differently, and live differently as a result.
You not having fear will doubtless trigger fear in some poor soul who hasn't used one of my subs with the FRM active. But why would you want to bother with someone who was afraid because you weren't? No matter what it is you're talking about, two things are true: You can find porn for it if you look hard enough, and you can find someone who's afraid of it.
