I am getting exactly nowhere all damned day trying to calculate the secondary ASRB. Confidence ratings way the hell too low to be acceptable. Will continue to try. I don't know why the confidence ratings are so low, so I'm just as much frustrated as you all are.
All I can say is that there are at least four options that it could be, and as many as nine right now.
