Thank you for replying bro, always means alot! I think 1 way I dont do what I intend to do is use "comfort eating" and "comfort TV" as a way to take more priority in the now than the goal of tomorrow.
The bank of 9am was a goal I set earlier but my jetlagged sleep was causing me to stay up late and thus eventually I calculated the 5loops to go to 10.40am and thus 11am became the new goal.
Eventually upon waking and realising that I was approaching noon, it was best I stay home and wait for my landlord as I did.
I am optimistic that with more days on 5 loops it will get through, over or past my fears - whatever they are.
edit: I also just this very moment that I have had another realisation, which is that PORN, girls and FAP have been ways at times that I have used to at times to procrastinate too. I know this is something I have realised in the past but like most things you forget and move on with things but it just came to mind again.
