Re playlists - it's actually really simple to create a .m3u playlist and use that if your player of choice supports that. Make a text file with the extension .m3u (instead of .txt) and in the playlist file put the filename of the audio file multiple times, one on each line. If they're in the same directory you only need the filename rather than the full path.
