Regarding Catman, I just wanna add that I've been following his journal since the beginning. Even I've noticed in some posts from before where you've mentioned girls reacting to you differently. And you say you also get looks from girls every now and then, but you dismiss it cause according to you it is nothing. Looks do count for something. A girl wouldn't look at you if there's no interest or attraction. It's the beginning of a girl wanting something with you. May be far from the end goal, but it's not nothing. I get the feeling you ignore a lotta results, like Shannon said, cause in your mind it doesn't count if a girl didn't outright tell you she likes you, so you just dismiss it and say nothing happened. Or if an interaction with a girl went really well, you will ignore/dismiss the subtle positive things, because looking back you won't count anything as a result if it didn't end up in sex or at least a make out. You tend to focus more on the negatives than the positives.

This isn't an attack towards you. We all want you to succeed Catman. I'm pointing out that maybe the lack of optimism may be affecting you from getting more out of this thing.
