How exactly do subs go about changing deep rooted beliefs? For example, say someone has a deep rooted belief of "I am not enough", that was developed at a very early age and that their entire personality and belief system was built around. How then does a program like SE go about chaging such a deeply rooted belief? Does the repetition of the statements weaken the "I am not enough belief" over time to the point that eventually the subconscious will accept new positive and empowering beliefs about themselves?
Thanks!
There is the way I do it, and the way everyone else does it.
The way everyone else does it is to feed the subconscious a contradictory belief enough times per unit of time and try to get it executed, which creates a new response and thus, if it is executed enough, a new reality, which becomes self creating and self sustaining. For example, if I believe I am a winner, and I do the things that lead to me winning because of that, my wins will support the belief and make it stronger, and thus self perpetuating.
The way I do it uses this in some sense, but takes the concept much further and uses much more intricate and advanced techniques to correct for the inherent weaknesses of the base. My specific methods are secret.
