Its like I break off pre-maturely and am pretty sure this is my final key to being consistent.
Any thoughts?
I'm not Shannon but I have this a lot recently. Especially with how much money I can make in sales ($300 a day can easily be the norm for me, but it's outside my paradigm) it's like I lose composure and start going crazy and self-sabotage. What I've found very helpful is to simply recognize I'm doing that, and put all my focus on not only what I want, but try to remember times where I did really well and simply try to embody that. Let the fear and hesitation be there but do things anyways if that makes sense.
Like Tony Robbins says, when you're about to crash into a wall, focus on where you want to go, not the wall, and you'll be fine.
That principle has never failed me.
EDIT: Glad to see you got Damon back btw.
