I did find out this happens to quite a lot of guys. They get it done young and then they grow up wondering why they can't enjoy sex as much as other guys only to find out they got circumcised. Since this does seem to be prevalent and it might impact the actually having sex part of DMSI I was wondering if you could put something in DMSI that might help with this issue? If not I understand as it "might" be out of the realm of what DMSI is trying to accomplish.
Luckily, if that's the case I did hear there is foreskin restoration methods that I can try though I heard it can take up to a year for it to be complete and that you get some some sensitivity back but the nerve endings that never grow back so you won't be able 100%. Anyway, thought I would mention this since it might effect more guys than just myself who try to run DMSI but then can't really enjoy the sex part of it.
I got circumcised at the age of 23. I have lived with foreskin and I had a medical condition. My frenulum used to tear everytime I had sex. It was very painful and annoying. So I decided to have my foreskin removed and my frenulum partly removed.
What you can do is wearing a artifical foreskin. I am wearing one too. It's for protection of your glans and to regain sensitivity. I faced the same problems of low sensitivity but now my glans is so sensitive, it turned into another problem!

There are various artificial foreskins on the market. But these are the best. I personally use the manhood foreskin. It's very comfortable. It really helps.
