So the past couple days have felt like I have been in the "Zone". Everything flowed smooth and it felt great.
Even though there were no outward manifestations of LM, I was still seeing great results. I was more productive at work. All in all a productive past couple of days.
Tomorrow I start my second two day break as I have completed my second eight day listening period on the program.
