Yeah, i got problems listening to them during the day too without interruption. I listened during some naps and had some weird dreams about it, woke up feeling a little pumped. I will try listening during sleep at night.
I have speakers (A2+ Audio engine - got it from amazon) set up around my bed. The bed is a double or kingsize, and I dont sleep in the middle but on the left side so im closer to the left speaker more, way more than to the right but im sure this doesnt affect things too much.
I found an app to play a playlist when you set it as an alarm. So at a chosen time it will being to play the playlist. I am hoping once im back at uni, I can set this up and then get started of course.
On DMSI 3.2, I was listening to 1 loop (around 70mins I think it is) with headphones which is doable as you can always find 1 hour at home but any more meant sacrificing doing other things for 2hours straight which isnt easy at all, so for me doing 3hours is near enough impossible.
Also with this sub, Shannon says try to listen upon waking, so to me that means either wake up and listen to 3 loops, again its not easy for me unless im at home for 3+hours every morning which I doubt I will be as a university student, otherwise play close to waking up, hence the plan ive laid out for myself as above.
What app?
Today I listened during sleep and it wasn't such a good idea, it was a restless sleep, full of nightmares and weird dreams, woke up like 5 am feeling fear and anxiety. I am having a bad reaction to this sub (reversal resistance) which shows me that I really need it. I will use it to pass through the resistance.
