The last time something like that was mentioned Shannon said he wouldn't produce a new one due to the negative reputation and skepticism of products related to penis enlargement.

For the time being, if my memory serves me, and it was long time ago. I´m not expecting that enough time has yet passed, and there are probably A LOT to do before even thinking about it again, but if I´m not mistaken he did leave a possibility open for the future.
