ITs funny because I woke up with a sense of fear and uneasiness. Around succcess, I have always had this fear of success for some reason. I don't know where it came from.
I wonder If I should switch to 7 loops sooner than later and than reevaluate a few weeks later?
EDIT: @Shannon Also today has been a whirlwind of emotions. I am generally feeling down and depressed today. Just no motivation for anything. It's like the exact opposite of how I thought I would feel when running this program.
Furthermore I am feeling resentful of people I know that I perceive to be more successful than me whether it be in relationships or other stuff. I feel like everyone has their stuff together except me even though objectively I am doing pretty well.
To do limits testing, I ran it straight until I crashed, which was 1.5 days. Now I'm doing 7 a day. Its working well at 7. I run them during the day, while I'm working and being active, and letting myself rest at night. Still feeling kind of tired when I wake up from the overload, but it's getting better.
Sounds like you could see what happens over time on 1 a day (process this stuff more) or try 7 and see what happens. I can't say which would be better for you but if you do up it to 7 a day, don't go back.
