I got an email from a writer/therapist who shared some accurate info on procrastination. When I read that people who procrastinate are highly self-critical, it floored me. I know you're close to publishing the OP/UM sub (from what I've read), but I thought I'd pass this on.
For me berating myself is actually the core of why I procrastinate in most areas of life. IML subs offer solutions, and this has some nuggets in it.
