That sounds like the subliminal audio, I hear that more on ultrasonic, can't say i've heard it on ocean surf.

Err.. there is no possibility in reality that someone can change 'identity' to the other sex despite the bs going around in society saying you can identify as any old crap you want to. It takes alot of psychological damage for someone to want to do that, let alone actually think that. And society shouldn't encourage it by lying to them.
Still best not to use targeted programs for one sex with the other obviously.
