Shannon if a woman is exposed to AM6 can her identity change from a woman to a man?

No.

The program is designed to both prevent females from being affected, and prevent them from having their gender identity affected. It still affects them, as the gender limiter is not perfected - even now - but it won't change her identity to that of a man.

That said, I would avoid exposing females if at all possible.
