It'll generally be a bit less effective on phones because the speakers are low quality. It's better if they are stereo speakers too and not mono. But it's better than not listening.
Quote:Shannon, is it ok if i do 7 loops, but grouped in two sessions in different times of the day? For example in the morning i do 4 loops and night i do 3 loops? 5 days of the week I have work and on those days its impossible to do more than 4-5 loops, which is a bummer because I want to try 7 loops.
It's still best not to break ASRB.
Quote:1) From my understanding you advise we start listening 1 loop for first week and increase by 1 loop each week until we notice a change in some way yes?
2) What will the ARSB please in this case? (im gearing more towards track B).
3) Will using my samsung phone reduce effectiveness by alot for 3.2?
1. It's up to you, that's probably the easier way to built up slowly but some people have gone straight to the amount they want.
2. The same.
3. As above.
Quote:Shannon during conflict I experience shots of adrenaline. I have less fear now but the adrenaline is still there. Will AM6 fix this? It's kinda annoying cause I would rather be calm in these situations.
Thats kind of normal, well depending on the situation. If it's unwarranted for the situation like it's just something simple then it's likely something around your beliefs and programming. I could see that AM6 would help if it's an unwarranted level of fear in these situations.
Are you saying that adrenaline comes from fear? This question is also directed at Shannon.
And no Ben it wasn't a trivial situation it was kinda intense. Didn't feel that cold feeling of fear but the racing feeling of adrenaline.
Adrenaline release is usually a result of the reptilian brain sensing what it interprets as a life or death situation, and the adrenaline allows the "fight or flight" response to be maximally effective. It is, indeed, a result in most cases like what you describe, of fear.
