I mean the more skilled she is the more work you do.

Well, this doesn't make any sense to me.



However, I am curious if anyone of the people who were extremely exhausted on 1 loop tried 6 or 7 loops and did well. I am just asking because with only 1 loop I had to skip a day here and there because I was so extremely exhausted and I cannot even imagine having tried 2, 3 or 4 loops.

Exhaustion at 1 loop is likely to be as a result of resistance. 6 or 7 loops may very well break through that and result in... less exhaustion.
