I managed to get six loops of Hybrid A in total yesterday; but had to break them up into two blocks. Three in the day over headphones and three in bed over speakers.
Level 10 on the phone feels really loud and annoying. It was difficult to sleep with it that loud. It's hard to do anything else. It doesn't feel like I will want to, or be able, to keep this up.
I'm trying a caffeine free day today, but my days are almost structured around caffeine; one in the morning to fire myself up (I usually have two or three clients) and then another in the afternoon as a pre workout for teaching a class or my own workout. Meanwhile I drink tea and or Pepsi Max quite frequently. I do go through periods of being caffeine free but I don't enjoy it. They haven't shown any different results for DMSI.
