I'm going to revert to a single loop of A from today. I'm not getting anything from B at the moment and the six loops of US overload approach didn't make much difference. Maybe going back to a softer tactic might work.
One loop means I can use the masked version over headphones again, which I suppose is the most applicable one for me.
I just wish that I had something to go on; some idea of what might be working and what's not. I still don't know what volume, loops or format to use. I'm just guessing and nothing is obviously sticking.
In other news, my gf and I have been getting on exceptionally well recently. Just enjoying each other's company more.
I have more time available to me now, and I'm determined to use that to feel less tired but more productive.
