Shannon is it possible to be romantically attracted to someone if you're not sexually attracted to them? Is sexual attraction a prerequisite to romantic attraction?

Absolutely. Purely romantic attraction, purely sexual attraction and a mix of the two are not only possible, but common.

In some people, sexual attraction is a pre-requisite for romantic attraction, but that is actually rare and it is a programmed response. (Typically programmed in by what society now teaches males to do through social interactions, PUA, etc.)

The natural way of things is that you can respond on a scale of 0 to 100% to someone romantically and sexually at the same time, and of course in such a case, 0% sexual and 100% romantic, and the reverse, are absolutely options.

I tend to be attracted to a girls face, if that is pretty to me then the rest doesnt really matter, its hard to explain since I dont have a type its just whatever touches my soul I guess and therefore im attracted to girls more on a romantic level and way rather than sexually.

I seldomly see women as sexual types on tv etc unless its porn ie where they are naked etc but usually in real life im attracted to a girl romantically and hardly ever sexually.

To me the sex is what is natural if who you find attractive kisses and gets intimate with you...then my sexual energy kicks into play.

I dont see that as weird but yeah I have guy mates that only ever speak about girls sexually, speaking about how they think her Ass is hot or her breasts are etc and tbh unless shes wearing yoga pants im not always seeing it.

doubt that makes me weird.
