This way you could simply link them to the FAQ instead of wasting your time repeating yourself whenever someone asks you for more information on what the TID is and how it works (which I have done unintentionally Tongue)
The common questions are there, and there is information about TID in the glossary. Alot of the DMSI questions are kind of specific to the person. I've tried to put the common ones there.
I'll have a look to see how it can be expanded on.
Most people don't seem to look at the FAQ though it seems.
