Hey Shannon I don't know if this inappropriate so don't hesitate to tell me if it is, but I'm making a subliminal for myself and was wondering if you could check my scripting of a few lines. I remember you encouraged someone in the past to make their own subliminal and gave them tips so thought I'd ask you. I'm not sure if these particular lines will backfire or not. I won't be distributing or advertising my subliminals they are purely for my personal use. Go ahead and edit this post if you want to.

I don't remember encouraging someone to make a subliminal for themselves and giving them tips on how to do so. In fact I actively and consistently discourage people from doing that, because the art of creating a safe and effective subliminal script is much more challenging and advanced than almost anyone understands and realizes, and you can cause yourself significant issues as a result.

I'm afraid giving you tips would not be a good way for me to make the point that I am serious about my warnings, so I will politely decline.
