Does MLS 5.5g, include all the script of "Improve your grades and study habits 4G"?

Not if memory serves.

I have been thinking of getting "Improve your grades and study habits 4G" as that is basically what I want to do.

Hear a lot about resistance and reversal, with MLS 5.5G, which puts me off.

Shall I try "Improve your grades and study habits 4G" first?

It's a much less costly option, but also a much less powerful one. That may be good, if the power of MLS triggers resistance in you; otherwise it may be a bad thing, if the 4G isn't powerful enough. Beyond that I can't tell you which you should use.
