Do you think that some of these resistance tactics are hidden from the conscious mind? Even if we are super mindful and pay close attention, things slip through the cracks and it's only after the fact we learn from it. It's almost like things just become incredibly distorted, down is up and up is down, bad is good and good is bad, etc. I've had moments where I thought I was headed in the right direction, but it turns out I was actively resisting and my mind convinced me I was moving forward. I was actually moving away from accepting instructions and I thought the fighting was me overcoming my subconscious attempt to derail me. It just seems like even if we are super aware and mindful of the tricks, it's damn near impossible to catch them until after the fact.
So we go through this cycle, and we catch them, and we patch them, and we rise and repeat. That's the best we can do. Eventually there will be no more holes, no more escapes, no more ways out, around, under or through except to accomplish the design goals. That's why we're at 3.2 and still going.
I'm expecting to make some important breakthroughs here in the next 2-4 months, so we shall see. But no matter what resistance tactics we encounter, we will eventually overcome and defeat them. It's just a learning process for me, as it is for you guys. But with each release, we are getting closer, better and more effective and powerful.
Shannon , is there any instructional difference in listening to a 5.5G vs a 5G or is it the same?
5.5G programs are designed using newer technologies which require use in loops, instead of hours. As Ben said, it comes out to much less time than 5G required per day. Also the secondary ASRB means you may need to take a break every so often from using the sub; DMSI 3.2 introduces this. Finally, P5 and P6 mean that the sub is running in your head for 21 or 35 days after you stop using it (depending on which is in the program) and that means you need to take a break from using subs for a while to avoid having two 5.5G subs running in your head at the same time if you want to avoid the clash.
I was referring to E2 since its 5.5G. If I'm listening to it for 8 to 12 hours a day is that too much?
E2 is "do what works for you". Some people do well at 1-2 hours a day, some people do best at 10-12. You'll know if it's too much.
