Hi Shannon, im having my one day break tomorow and have been doing 2 loops for the last 7 days on track a this week, im going to try b after tomorow, and going to keep staying with 2 loops.
Would it be less effective to do one loop morning and one at night compared to 2 together, just so far even at 2 loops continuously no changes can be noticed so was thinking to do it that way but if suggest staying with 2 together will do that.
