Completed another 7 days on 3.2a hybrid flac with headphones, unfortunately no internal and external results, no changes that i can see or feel, no dreams no aura or anything else so far.
Confidence still not there which i thought 3.2a had a boost in self confidence and self esteem yet i still hesitate to talk to women letting my head convince me not to bother them like at the gym even when an opportunity is there to talk.
Day off tomorow and will give 3.2b a try for next 14 days see if it will get some results happening.
Im amazed how so many have dreams good and bad ones, emotional ups and downs too, if that happened to me maybe then might know if the subliminal is working for me but so far i feel the same as before i started dmsi but will continue to listen and see what happens.
