You just imagine yourself having it. Like when you feel yourself doing something, hitting a tennis ball, or whatever, remember how it feels and recreate that feeling. Simple as that.
If you can't do that, you need to get in touch with your feelings more. How does it feel to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning in the sun? How does it feel to get down into a warm bath? Etc. Learn to get in touch with your feelings, they originate from your gut.
