Stage 4(A), Day 6,
Having a very sore knee; it comes and goes. It mostly reveals itself while walking outside (on uneven surfaces) or up/down stairs.
Was very tired today. I need to work on managing my sleep for Sunday and Thursday nights. It affects my work the next day.
