I upped the volume a notch or two after reading Shannon's post about louder being better. I'd assumed that quieter would be better for stubborn types.
Definitely more tiredness and the need for naps (three yesterday!). Slight brain fog.
I might go louder again tonight.
Louder is better for the sleep aid, because it is relatively old technology. You know that louder does not equate to better in all cases for personalities who refuse to "be told what to do".
But I encourage exploration and seeing what works best for you.
