I've noticed some of that. It depends why it's happening. I can see some of it might be resistance, like a depression type response.
But some of it can also be needed due to the extra input. I mentioned in my journal one night I went to bed at 8pm and got up at 9:30am. I felt much better that next day after feeling horrible like I really needed the sleep. I've had that happen a few times with other programs too. In that case it's not an escape response.
I'm not really tired, it's just that I get scared and fearful and I go to my bed and take a nap in order to escape.
I am on the opposite, insomnia is most likely resistance here.
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.
